When we checked in, deluxe double room with windows on the aisle was ready. Plenty of food for breakfast, it was outstanding. Everything was very good, nevertheless a few employees were not very friendly. The hotel had marvellous and ideal location near to Oriente terminal, main square and central bus station.

We had a lovely time at this hotel and really enjoyed the clean pool area and relaxing garden. The breakfast was nice to have, but the options were a bit limited for the price. All in all, it was a great stay, just watch out for the slightly high breakfast costs! 😊

Comfortable beds, clean room, with a nice pool area to cool off in before our noon departure, conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the city center and near the bus station for easy transport options.
Nothing to improve.

My kids wished the Wi-Fi was faster in the room. It would be great if the hotel offered a dedicated family area in the pool for more fun together.

The Classic Double Room was pretty spacious with two comfy beds and plush pillows. The shower was great, though I had to adjust the temperature a bit since it was super warm. Had solid toiletries and a hair dryer, nice. The wifi worked well, but the TV was just okay. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially in the heat. A decent stay but not without its quirks.
